It is with a deep sadness that I inform you that Paul Kelly passed away on November 28. Paul had a heart attack, he did not suffer. Beyond his impressive track record in science that we all know, Paul was the sweetest person in the world. So brilliant and at the same time so accessible. During almost 20 years, Paul fought Parkinson disease. I never heard him complain, despite of the increasing impact on his daily life. A model of courage. Paul was a Gentleman. I lost my mentor, but he is forever part of our memories.
